The National Collegiate Hockey Conference will hold its seventh annual conference championship, the 2020 NCHC Frozen Faceoff, at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minn. The two semifinals will take place on Friday, March 20, with the third-place and championship games on Saturday, March 21 in the home of the NHL's Minnesota Wild.
All ticket types, including both all-session and single, day-session, to the 2020 NCHC Frozen Faceoff are now on sale to the general public.
All-session ticket packages to the 2020 NCHC Frozen Faceoff include two tickets: one ticket to see both semifinals on Friday, March 20 and one ticket to see the third-place game and championship on Saturday, March 21. Day-session tickets include one ticket for both semifinals on March 20 OR the third-place game and championship on March 21.
On March 20, the first semifinal begins at 4:00 p.m. CT with the second semifinal at 7:30 p.m. CT. The following day, the third-place game begins at 3:30 p.m. CT with the championship at 7:30 p.m. CT.

PRIORITY TICKET HOLDERS
Any fan who purchases a 2020 NCHC Frozen Faceoff all–session ticket package by Dec. 31, 2019 is eligible to win access to a special NCHC Chalk Talk and VIP Brunch on Saturday, March 21. Five lucky winners and their guest will join NCHC Commissioner Josh Fenton and other special guests for brunch at Herbie’s on the Park, followed by a behind the scenes tour of Xcel Energy Center. Plus, each of the five winners receive an NCHC Frozen Faceoff gear package.
Fans who purchased all-session tickets to the 2019 Frozen Faceoff had the first chance to renew their tickets/seats for the 2020 event by Oct. 25, 2019.
The NCHC is also offering special ticket pricing for students of NCHC member schools. NCHC students may purchase up to two (2) all-session ticket packages in select lower level sections for $45 each. Day-session student tickets are available for $25. For information on how to purchase student tickets, contact your school’s athletic ticket office.

Xcel Energy Center uses digital tickets presented on a mobile device as main option for entry to the arena. As the home of the Minnesota Wild, Xcel Energy Center uses the NHL Wild App as the platform for guests to access their NCHC Frozen Faceoff All-Session Ticket Packages purchased as part of the renewal process (Sept. 19 - Oct. 25, 2019) and for NCHC Frozen Faceoff group and suite tickets.
All-session tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com will receive hard-copy printed tickets, while those who purchase single-session tickets will access their tickets using the Ticketmaster app (there is an option for a printed ticket for a fee). Those who purchase tickets in person at the Xcel Energy Box Office will receive a hard-copy ticket.

In addition to the games, several fan events are planned around Frozen Faceoff weekend, including a Fan Skate, NCHC Awards Celebration, NCHC Fan Fest, and post-game parties. Frozen Faceoff team practices will be open to the public on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20. The NCHC Fan Skate will once again take place on the eve of the Frozen Faceoff on Thursday, March 19 from 7-8:30 p.m. CT at Xcel Energy Center. Fan Fest, featuring music, interactive games, food and drink, and much more, will take place both days of the Frozen Faceoff from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CT outside Gate 1 of Xcel Energy Center. The official NCHC Post-Game Party will then be at Tom Reid’s Hockey City Pub after the games each night.
